4. Services Provided

TalentForAll provides the following services:

• Job seekers can search and apply for job postings.
• Employers/recruiters can post job vacancies and view candidate profiles.
• Optional premium services may be offered for enhanced visibility or features.

Note: TalentForAll does not guarantee employment to job seekers or hiring results to employers.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree:

• Not to upload or share false, misleading, or unlawful content.
• Not to infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or rights of others.
• Not to use the Platform for spamming, phishing, data scraping, or any illegal purpose.
• Not to post offensive or discriminatory job listings or resumes.

TalentForAll reserves the right to remove any content or terminate accounts violating these rules.

6. Job Posting Rules (For Employers)

Employers and recruiters agree that:

• Job postings must be genuine and comply with labor and employment laws.
• No multi-level marketing (MLM), work-from-home scams, or misleading postings are allowed.
• You must not request sensitive personal information (like banking details or Aadhaar/SSN) unless required for lawful hiring purposes and disclosed clearly in the posting.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by TalentForAll or its licensors.
• Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

8. Privacy

Your use of TalentForAll is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Disclaimers

• TalentForAll acts as an **intermediary** between employers and job seekers.
• We do not verify the authenticity of every job posting or candidate profile.
• We are not responsible for any employment decisions, losses, or damages resulting from the use of our Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

TalentForAll shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Job applications, hiring decisions, or employment disputes.
• Unauthorized access to your account.
• Temporary service interruptions or technical issues.

11. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Misuse of the Platform.

You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
