1. Refunds

  • Payments made for premium job postings, featured listings, or subscription packages on TalentForAll are non-refundable once the service has been activated or delivered.
  • If you face any technical issues preventing you from accessing a paid service, you may contact our support team within 7 days of purchase for assistance. Refunds will only be considered if the issue cannot be resolved by our team.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

2. Limitations

  • TalentForAll does not guarantee job placements for candidates or hiring outcomes for employers. Therefore, dissatisfaction with results (e.g., not getting a job, fewer applications than expected, or not finding suitable candidates) will not qualify for refunds.
  • Refunds will not be issued for:
    • Incorrect information provided by the user.
    • Services used partially or in full.
    • Failure to cancel subscriptions before the renewal date.

3. Security of Payments

  • All payments made on TalentForAll are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
  • We do not store sensitive payment details such as credit/debit card numbers.
  • In case of any unauthorized transactions, please contact your bank or payment provider immediately, and notify us at info@talentforall.org.

4. Privacy

  • Any information provided during the payment and refund process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We do not share your payment information with third parties, except as required to process transactions securely.
