Data Analytic Intern

About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Cleaning Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in data quality management and provides an excellent opportunity to develop foundational skills in data preparation and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies in datasets across multiple sources
• Remove duplicate records and standardize data formats to ensure consistency
• Validate data integrity by cross-referencing information and performing quality checks
• Handle missing values through appropriate imputation techniques or flagging for review
• Transform and normalize data to meet organizational standards and requirements
• Document data cleaning processes, methodologies, and any issues encountered
• Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements and business context

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in B.Tech, B. Com (Statistics), Data Science, or related field
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI & SQL)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Preferred or Good to Have Skillsets:

• Familiarity with data cleaning tools, Databricks, Kafka, Oracle, Apache Airflow, Docker Kubernetes
• Understanding of data quality principles and best practices
• Data Scientist certification
• AWS Certification
